Earth Stories

Porcelain.
"When a mother turtle lays her eggs in the sand, and returns to the sea, it is an act of thanksgiving and trust. The world she entrusts to gestate and deliver her offspring to the beach is the same world that provided her own long and prosperous life in the sea. In this way, the life of the turtle, the sediments, and the waves are inextricably entwined, to be taken for granted by earthlings -- as they should be."
